A practice site organised entirely around the visit: what can be booked, what happens on arrival, and how quickly somebody can be seen. Warm and plain-spoken throughout, because a good share of the people arriving here are worried about an animal.
A self-initiated concept. The business is real; the engagement is not — this was designed to explore the brief, not delivered to a client.
Organised around the appointment.
Services, the team and booking sit at the very front. Reassurance is carried by photography of real consultations rather than by adjectives — in veterinary care, claims of compassion are cheap and images of it are not.
Clean, clinical, and kind.
A light surface and generous whitespace keep the practice feeling orderly and hygienic, which is the baseline expectation. The photography then does the emotional work that the layout deliberately does not attempt.
Urgency is handled explicitly: somebody with a sick animal needs a phone number and opening hours before they need a philosophy.

The visual system.
Clean, clinical and kind: a pale blue-grey ground, one deep petrol teal for booking, and a medium-weight grotesque that stays warm at headline size — calm enough for a worried owner, credible enough for a vet.
Derived from the project's own screens. Colours were sampled from the design renders; typefaces were identified from the screens, and each specimen is set in the closest open-source match.
